The South Carolina Immunization Registry is part of the ‘Client Automated and Reporting System’ (CARES), a component of the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). This web-based application has been developed to link your pediatric or adult practice to a centralized registry. The registry can help save time, reduce paperwork and avoid missed opportunities to immunize. DHEC provides training and support.
