Professional Provider Manual
The Professional Provider Manual (PPM) contains important information providers need to conduct business with Carolina Care Plan.
If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your system, the link below allows you to quickly install an updated version.
The PPM is fully functional and provides a Search function that allows you to search for a word, number or phrase. Click on any arrow or section heading to enter that section. A Bookmark panel will automatically open with a Search PPM option.
Through the Bookmark panel you can return to the main Table of Contents or choose another section to view, or move forward or back in your current viewing area. Your current location will display as a grayed out bookmark in the Bookmark panel.
Click on outlined items to link to specified information in another section or on the Web.
For a more detailed explanation on using the navigation and search functions choose the Buttons, Bookmarks & Search button on the bottom-right of the Table of Contents page in the PPM for a tutorial.
